While we do our best to keep everything running smoothingly, in rare circumstanes you may experience a problem.

I've been charged but haven't received my package.

Swapbox charges your card when our warehouse receive a package for you, not at the time of pick up. The receving page should indicate that a package was received an is being processed. In general, your package will be available for pick up within a couple hours. If you still run into an issue please contact support.

I tried to pick up my package and the door didn't open.

I received a package I wasn't expecting.
