In order to use Swapbox, you must have an account. If you don't have one, sign up. We'll ask you a few questions and help you pick your default Swapbox (this can be changed at any time).

Your account stores all records associated with sending and receiving items through Swapbox. Just go to swapbox.com/tracking while you're logged in to see that record. If you already have an account, but do not remember the login, you can reset your password and you'll be able to authenticate and access your account.
